UC8140 broadband light source is composed of ultra-strong light-emitting diode (SLED) technology and butterfly packaging device. The single-band or full-band continuous output light source is constructed by high stability driving and controlling circuit. The single band bandwidth can reach 100nm, and the full band bandwidth can reach 400nm.
UC8140 broadband light source has the advantages of high power stability, small size, fast start and affordable price. It provides the output of the broadband light source in the wavelength range of 1250 ~ 1650 nm.
UC8140寬帶光源采用*度發(fā)光二極管(SLED)技術(shù), 和蝶形封裝器件，通過(guò)高穩(wěn)定性驅(qū)動(dòng)控制電路組建成單波段或全波段連續(xù)輸出光源。單波段帶寬可達(dá)100 nm，全波段可達(dá)400nm。
UC8140 寬帶光源具有功率穩(wěn)定性高、尺寸小巧、啟動(dòng)快速和價(jià)格實(shí)惠等特點(diǎn)，提供波長(zhǎng)范圍1250 ~ 1650 nm全波段的寬帶光源輸出。
