那么什么是微模塊?微模塊又為何會得到運(yùn)營商的喜愛呢?
微模塊是集IT機(jī)柜、精細(xì)空調(diào)、不連續(xù)電源、監(jiān)控、照明、布線、安防等系統(tǒng)于一體的模塊化數(shù)據(jù)中心產(chǎn)品,每個微模塊都是獨(dú)立的單元,可視為一個單獨(dú)的小機(jī)房,做到微模塊與微模塊之間解耦,IDC的建立就由這樣的小機(jī)房集群而成,按微模塊建立,能夠完成數(shù)據(jù)中心的分期部署。一方面,由于IDC是面向多用戶需求的,依據(jù)不同的IT需求,匹配不同的微模塊型號,單柜功率密度和TIER等級不同的需求;另一方面,原先需求對整個機(jī)房一次性建立,如今只需求按微模塊為單位建立,模塊化分期的部署,也大大降低了IDC的初始投資,做到邊建立邊投產(chǎn),隨著客戶需求的增加按需部署。
快速部署的建立形式更是契合IDC的建立需求。由于微模塊將一切部件都集于一身,所以能夠?qū)ξ⒛K及其功用單元的容量、尺寸、接口及主要技術(shù)方向停止規(guī)范化定義,使微模塊具備了工業(yè)產(chǎn)品化、規(guī)范化的特性,每個微模塊的功用單元均能夠在工廠預(yù)制并調(diào)試,在數(shù)據(jù)中心施工現(xiàn)場,工人只需求經(jīng)過簡單的拼裝、銜接,即可完成微模塊的整體托付,就像搭起積木一樣簡單、便利,可以大大縮短施工周期,降低施工難度,保證工程按時、精確、有序完成。
IDC的運(yùn)營維護(hù)也十分關(guān)鍵。在這里,不得不提的是微模塊集成了兩大系統(tǒng)部件——模塊化UPS和行級變頻空調(diào)。模塊化UPS具備在線熱插拔和按功率模塊擴(kuò)容的特性,大大縮短了維護(hù)和擴(kuò)容時間。關(guān)于運(yùn)營商來說,采用統(tǒng)一系列的模塊化UPS,模塊備件能夠做到統(tǒng)一儲藏,降低投資,并且運(yùn)維人員的工程管理界面也變得簡約,大大地降低了機(jī)房維護(hù)的難度。另外,微模塊采用了冷熱氣流遏制和行級變頻空調(diào)技術(shù),有效的降低數(shù)據(jù)中心的PUE。一方面氣流遏制防止的機(jī)房內(nèi)冷熱氣流的混合,使得精細(xì)空調(diào)的回風(fēng)溫度升高,從而進(jìn)步空調(diào)的制冷效率;另一方面,采用行級變頻空調(diào),近端制冷,空調(diào)可依據(jù)周邊IT機(jī)柜的熱負(fù)荷實時的調(diào)理制冷量,從而做到準(zhǔn)確制冷,降低空調(diào)能耗,并且能夠消弭機(jī)房部分熱點。關(guān)于IDC機(jī)房的全生命周期支出,電費(fèi)占領(lǐng)了總體支出的60%以上,所以PUE的降低可很大地降低機(jī)房后期運(yùn)營本錢。

When a system is initially installed it is recommended that it be equalized at a voltage of 2.4 volts per cell average for 12 to 24 hours. What is the difference between float and cycle applications?
A float application requires the battery to be on constant charge with an occasional discharge. Cycle applications charge and discharge the battery on a regular basis.

What is the difference between series battery connections and parallel battery connections and how do they increase battery capacity and voltage?

What is battery rating?
The most common battery rating is the AMP-HOUR RATING. This is a unit of measurement for battery capacity, obtained by multiplying a current flow in amperes by the time in hours of discharge. (Example: A battery which delivers 5 amperes for 20 hours delivers 5 amperes times 20 hours, or 100 ampere-hours.)

一是智能化

UPS采用的數(shù)字信號控制器(DSP)加以數(shù)字化的霍兒傳感器件,完成了UPS系統(tǒng)的100%數(shù)字化運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。還采用了多重微處置器冗余系統(tǒng),用多個有獨(dú)立供給電源的微處置器來控制整流器、逆變器和內(nèi)部靜態(tài)旁路,因此進(jìn)步了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字化水平和牢靠性。
三是高頻化
*代UPS的功率開關(guān)為可控硅,第二代為大功率晶體管或場效應(yīng)管,第三代為IGBT(絕緣柵雙極晶體管)。大功率晶體管或場效應(yīng)管開關(guān)速度比可控硅要高一個數(shù)量級,而IGBT功率器件電流容量和速率又比大功率晶體管或場效應(yīng)管大得多和快的多,使功率變換電路的工作頻率高達(dá)50kHz。變換電路頻率的進(jìn)步,使得用于濾波的電感、電容以及噪音、體積等大為減少,使UPS效率、動態(tài)響應(yīng)特性和控制精度等大為進(jìn)步。
四是冗余并機(jī)技術(shù)
經(jīng)過開發(fā)新的應(yīng)用技術(shù),可完成UPS內(nèi)的多模塊冗余并機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),不需另外加設(shè)中央控制部件,負(fù)載均分,某一模塊呈現(xiàn)問題時,負(fù)載自動轉(zhuǎn)移,維修可帶電熱插拔,大大進(jìn)步單臺UPS的供電牢靠性。再加上多臺UPS組成的系統(tǒng)冗余運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),假如某一臺UPS單機(jī)發(fā)作毛病,則被立即關(guān)閉,其他的UPS系統(tǒng)會自動承當(dāng)全部負(fù)載,對負(fù)載不會產(chǎn)生任何影響。
五是集成化
