產(chǎn)品介紹：

   對柔性材料，一般是柔性防水卷材用的比較多會要求對材料的耐低溫性能有較高的要求一般的材料在低溫情況下會收縮和變催低溫柔度是一個(gè)很好的反映材料耐寒性能的指標(biāo)，所以我廠根據(jù)這一要求研發(fā)生產(chǎn)了全自動低溫柔性試驗(yàn)儀，DR-5型全自動低溫柔性試驗(yàn)儀是DR-3型電動數(shù)顯的改款升級版，儀器采用不銹鋼制作，*的工藝保證了溫度控制精度在 ±1℃，降溫速度是普通冰柜的幾倍，zui低溫度可達(dá)-40℃。測試儀也是采用不銹鋼制作，特點(diǎn)：操作簡單，工作效率高。儀器主機(jī)全部采用304材質(zhì)不銹鋼制作，動力源采用永磁低速電機(jī)驅(qū)動，雙動8平行排列，可同時(shí)作正、反面各五個(gè)試樣?？刂破鞑捎弥悄軠囟瓤刂苾x、數(shù)顯時(shí)間繼電器及相關(guān)元器件?？刂破骱椭鳈C(jī)相連接部分全部采用航空插頭方式連接，該連接方式簡單、方便、安全，并且有效的節(jié)省了儀器的使用空間。

儀器技術(shù)指標(biāo)：

1.功率：1000 ( w) 220 (v)  AC

2.試驗(yàn)溫度：-30℃/-40℃（客戶選購）。分辨率0．1℃，精度0．2％。

3.試驗(yàn)樣品：厚度3；4；5mm;數(shù)量10個(gè)（150×25mm）

4.試驗(yàn)速率：360±＜40mm/分鐘

5.時(shí)間設(shè)定：60分鐘（1分—99小時(shí)可調(diào)）

試驗(yàn)步驟：Test steps

  試驗(yàn)的矩形試件尺寸（150±1）mm×（25±1）mm,試件從試樣寬度方向上均勻的裁取,長邊在卷材的縱向，試件裁取時(shí)應(yīng)距邊緣不少于150mm,試件應(yīng)從卷材的一邊開始做連續(xù)的記號，同時(shí)標(biāo)記卷材的上表面和下表面。

　去除表面的任何保護(hù)膜，適宜的方法是常溫下用膠帶粘在上面，冷卻到接近假設(shè)的冷彎溫度，然后從試件上撕去膠帶，另一方法是用壓縮空氣吹[壓力約0。5Mpa(5bar),噴嘴直徑約0。5mm]，假若上面的方法不能除去保護(hù)膜，用火焰烤，用zui少的時(shí)間破壞膜而不損傷試件。

　試件試驗(yàn)前應(yīng)在（23±2）℃平板上放置至少4h,并且相互之間不能接觸，也不能粘在板上?？梢杂霉杓垑|，表面的松散顆粒用手輕輕敲打除去。
