車輪旋轉(zhuǎn)彎曲疲勞試驗機可應(yīng)用于材料和構(gòu)件的疲勞強度試驗。根據(jù)被測工件的結(jié)構(gòu)和載荷要求，配合夾具，可滿足多形式的疲勞測試需求。
性能特點
車輪旋轉(zhuǎn)彎曲疲勞試驗機是一個廣泛應(yīng)用的電磁激勵的共振測試系統(tǒng)。振動系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)驅(qū)動由一個高性能的可控電磁系統(tǒng)來提供；靜載荷由馬達驅(qū)動一個滾珠絲杠來提供。靜態(tài)驅(qū)動單元安裝在試件安裝臺面的內(nèi)部，它將提供可調(diào)的限位開關(guān)。在準備狀態(tài)下，靜態(tài)驅(qū)動單元可用手動控制。加載力的大小可在控制單元的顯示器上顯示出來。測試系統(tǒng)可以使用力控制、位移控制或應(yīng)變控制。測試機器將會按照標準配置一個法蘭型的載荷傳感器。其他更多的傳感器(位移，應(yīng)變)也可選用。

Delivery period
Delivery period is approx. 26 weeks after clarification of all technical details and after receipt of down payment.
Warranty 保修
We grant a warranty of 12 months with adequate use on the scope of supply. Travel expenses are charged for separay. We are responsible for lack of the material, the construction and the manufacturing; wearing parts are excluded. Incorrect parts are repaired after our judgement or again supplied.
Safety
The testing machine complies with the CE-regulations. The compliance over special regulations of your site can be assured in individual cases against additional price.
