Trans-Blot SD 半干轉(zhuǎn)印槽無(wú)需緩沖液槽或轉(zhuǎn)印夾就能實(shí)現(xiàn)快速、有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)印。Trans-Blot SD 半干轉(zhuǎn)印槽的特點(diǎn)包括：
除了Western 轉(zhuǎn)印雜交，Trans-Blot SD 轉(zhuǎn)印槽也能運(yùn)用*的瓊脂糖凝膠半干轉(zhuǎn)印支持框架轉(zhuǎn)印 DNA 和 RNA。框架能保護(hù)易碎的瓊脂糖凝膠免受電極壓力。Southern 和 Northern 印跡膜能在10–35 分鐘內(nèi)完成轉(zhuǎn)印。
