硅膠壓封試劑圍欄(顯微鏡用品)Press-to-Seal Silicone Isolators(Press-to-Seal gaskets),又稱多樣品芯片圍欄、硅膠墊密片、試劑壩、硅膠片等。可用于同一芯片上的多樣品反應,珍貴微量樣品的檢測等等。芯片圍欄可使加樣更準確,防止樣品間的交叉反應,且與配套雜交反應蓋片合用還可使加樣更容易,反應和雜交更均勻,防止反應液揮發(fā),避免空氣中灰塵污染,是各種微陣列芯片進行雜交或免疫反應的理想輔助工具。試劑圍欄可以壓力粘貼,可干凈去除。
硅膠屬于惰性材料,對生物樣品無不良影響,如果用來培養(yǎng)敏感性細胞,建議選用新型的無色透明的CultureWell “water-clear” silicone。
- 產(chǎn)品有三種類型供選擇:
- 無粘合劑片Silicone / Silicone
- 單面粘合劑片Silicone / Adhesive
- 雙面均有粘合劑片Adhesive / Adhesive
- 厚度0.5 to 2.5mm,粘合劑是不留任何殘基的SecureSeal™ clean release adhesive
- 沖洗步驟不擔心脫落
- 無粘合劑的可以高壓滅菌,可以重復利用
- 可以與RNase free的HybriSlip™ coversslip粘貼形成雜交密封池
- 推薦溫度范圍-62°C to 218°C

Cleaning Instructions:
We recommend rinsing chambers with distilled water immediay after each use followed by a brief, 5 minute soak in a solution of cell culture grade detergent, followed by repeated rinsing with diH2O. Do not use bleach as the silicone may absorb this solution.
After air-drying, chambers should be stored at room temperature.
Just before use, remove particulates from the chamber surface using scotch tape.
