This cell line monitors the activity of the TGFβ/SMAD Signaling Pathway.
It is activated in response to human TGFβ1 and to the agonist Activin A. Luciferase activity induced by human TGFβ1 is decreased by SB525334, an inhibitor of TGFβ1-receptor.
