產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：溴-PEG1-疊氮化物是一種具有溴（Br）基團(tuán)和疊氮化物（N3）基團(tuán)的雙功能PEG連接物。疊氮基團(tuán)可以通過(guò)點(diǎn)擊化學(xué)與炔烴、BCN、DBCO反應(yīng)，生成穩(wěn)定的三唑鍵。溴（Br）是親核取代反應(yīng)的良好離開(kāi)基團(tuán)。

用 途：僅供科研實(shí)驗(yàn)使用，不用于診治

外 觀：Colorless to slightly yellow oil

注意事項(xiàng)：取用一定要干燥，避免頻繁的溶解和凍干

溶 解 性：溶于大部分有機(jī)溶劑，如：DCM、DMF、DMSO、THF等等。在水中有很好的溶解性。
