          染料簡介:菁染料是近紅外熒光染料中最常用的一類熒光染料,統(tǒng)的可見光染料相比有顯著的優(yōu)勢。由于細胞和組織的自發(fā)熒光在近紅外波段最小,因此在檢測復雜生物系統(tǒng)時,近紅外染料能提供更高的特異性和靈敏度。同時,由于光波在近紅外區(qū)段的組織透過性更好。菁染料的摩爾吸光系數(shù)在熒光染料中是的,Cy7 NHS ester, Cy5.5 amine 和Cy3 azide 的吸收在近紅外區(qū)背景非常低,是熒光強度、最穩(wěn)定的長波長染料。特別適合于活體小動物體內成像代替放射性元素。

          CY花菁染料的優(yōu)點:

          CY花菁染料的價格:
