產(chǎn)品描述:
SPDP,一種異-雙官能試劑,用于結(jié)合兩種不同的蛋白質(zhì),諸如酶和抗體。SPDP首先經(jīng)由其氨基與一個(gè)蛋白質(zhì)分子反應(yīng)。SPDP向該蛋白質(zhì)中引入吡啶二硫基,接著該吡啶二硫基由DTT還原形成硫醇基。這些硫醇基接著與另一蛋白質(zhì)分子形成二硫鍵,從而產(chǎn)生異二聚物蛋白質(zhì)。

The heterobifunctional, crossslinker succinimidyl 3-(2-pyridyldithio)propionate (SPDP) enables one to covalently link two target groups. The succinimidyl ester chemically reacts with primary amines and after mild reduction of the dithiol, it can react form a disulfide with other thiols. Crosslinking reagents are useful for probing the spatial relationships and interactions within and between biomolecules.
