①.干細(xì)胞比用同源重組法更加簡(jiǎn)便,周期大大縮短。
②.對(duì)于哺乳動(dòng)物,如對(duì)于一些敲除后小鼠在胚胎時(shí)就會(huì)死亡的基因,可以在體外培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞中利用RNAi技術(shù)研究它的功能。
③.由于RNAi能特異的阻斷基因的表達(dá),它成為研究信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路的良好工具。
④.RNAi還被用來(lái)研究在發(fā)育過(guò)程中起作用的基因,如可用RNAi來(lái)阻斷某些基因的表達(dá),來(lái)研究他們是否在胚胎干細(xì)胞的增殖和分化過(guò)程中其起著關(guān)鍵作用。
