寶德截止閥00169392
BURKERT寶德截止閥也叫截門，是使用zui廣泛的一種閥門，它之所以廣受歡迎，是由于開閉過(guò)程中密封面之間摩擦力小，比較耐用，開啟高度不大，制造容易，維修方便，不僅適用于中 低壓，而且適用于高壓。截止閥的閉合原理是，依靠閥杠壓力，使閥瓣密封面與閥座密封面緊密貼合，阻止介質(zhì)流通。截止閥只許介質(zhì)單向流動(dòng)，安裝時(shí)有方向性。截止閥的結(jié)構(gòu) 長(zhǎng)度大于閘閥，同時(shí)流體阻力大，長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行時(shí)，密封可靠性 不強(qiáng)。
寶德BURKERT截止閥屬于強(qiáng)制密封式閥門，所以在閥門關(guān)閉時(shí)，必須向閥瓣施加壓力，以強(qiáng)制密封面不泄漏。當(dāng)介質(zhì)由閥瓣下方進(jìn)入閥門時(shí)，操作力所需要克服的阻力，是閥桿和填料的摩擦力與由介質(zhì)的壓力所產(chǎn)生的推力，關(guān)閥門的力比開閥門的力大，所以閥桿的直徑要大，否則會(huì)發(fā)生閥桿頂彎的故障。近年來(lái)，從自密封的閥門出現(xiàn)后，截止閥的介質(zhì)流向就改由閥瓣上方進(jìn)入閥腔，這時(shí)在介質(zhì)壓力作用下，關(guān)閥門的力小，而開閥門的力大，閥桿的直徑可以相應(yīng)地減少。
