經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流
通過這幾年在atos阿托斯比例閥調(diào)試從中的到一些啟發(fā),把一些調(diào)試的心得與大家分享和討論,有不到之處請(qǐng)各位批評(píng)指正。
ATOS阿托斯比例溢流閥首先由電氣技術(shù)員在壓機(jī)調(diào)整狀態(tài)下,按“滑塊下行"按鈕,泵和閥不斷電的情況下,給比例溢流閥壓力從4,5,6…….25MPa的信號(hào),使壓機(jī)強(qiáng)行由比例溢流閥溢流;每個(gè)壓力反復(fù)測(cè)試5次,反復(fù)觀察,看每次溢流是否穩(wěn)定。
一、如果波動(dòng)穩(wěn)定由電氣技術(shù)員按下行方式編程完成調(diào)試。
1、力士樂比例溢流閥按以下曲線和函數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)試
- atos阿托斯比例閥電流型(4-20毫安輸入)
*段:區(qū)間[4,7.2],包含坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)(4,1.4),(5.36,2),(6.24,3.2),(7.2,6),曲線函數(shù)為:
- 電流與開口度P%函數(shù):
- 電流I(mA)與壓強(qiáng)P(Mpa)函數(shù):
- 壓強(qiáng)P(Mpa)與電流I(mA)函數(shù):

第二段:區(qū)間[7.2,10.4],包含坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)(7.2,6),(8.4,10.5),(9.04,15),(9.76,20),(10.4,24.5),曲線函數(shù)為:

ATOS阿托斯比例溢流閥根據(jù)圖2所示,就此段所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)信息來看的話,此段曲線應(yīng)該用四次函數(shù)來擬合
第三段:區(qū)間[10.4,20],包含坐標(biāo)點(diǎn)(10.4,24.5),(12.32,40),(13.6,50),(14.88,60),(16.8,75),(17.44,80),(20,100),

根據(jù)上面所求的函數(shù)關(guān)系式繪制出電流(4~20mA)與壓強(qiáng)(0~31.5Mpa)的總的函數(shù)圖象如下:

- 電壓U(V)與開口度P%函數(shù):

- 、由上面分析可知,對(duì)于劃分出的第二段曲線(包括atos阿托斯比例閥電流型和電壓型比例溢流閥)的獲得還需要更多的樣本點(diǎn),根據(jù)目前所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)得到的表達(dá)式是不準(zhǔn)確的;
- 、就目前來說,第二段曲線宜采用三次函數(shù)曲線來擬合。
- 、下面兩個(gè)表列出了力士樂比例溢流閥電流(4~20mA)、電壓(0~10V)與主缸壓強(qiáng)(0~31.5Mpa)的映射表.

2、atos阿托斯比例溢流閥 由于是數(shù)字放大板對(duì)的控制閥,用Atos數(shù)字軟件,給比例溢流閥壓力從4,5,6…….25MPa的信號(hào),將比例閥切換至開環(huán)模式,觀察壓力有無震蕩。
如無震蕩,就按下一曲線編程,即為一次正比例函數(shù)。
但低壓時(shí)存在超調(diào)現(xiàn)象,通過PID調(diào)整解決
由電氣技術(shù)員按上述方式編程完成調(diào)試。
二、如果通過以上打點(diǎn)反復(fù)測(cè)試,從4,5,,6…….25MPa的信號(hào),壓力波動(dòng)無規(guī)律,則由液壓技術(shù)員和鉗工調(diào)整阻力螺釘,達(dá)到無波動(dòng)后在編程。

注:阻力孔更換原則僅供參考,視具體情況而定
- 注意溫度的變化對(duì)壓力精度控制的影響,溫度越高油的濃度越稀,泄漏越嚴(yán)重,就會(huì)造成壓力控制精度不穩(wěn)定。
- 清潔度和油溫很重要,特別是油溫應(yīng)在40±5度的情況下,能使比例閥有一個(gè)很好的使用環(huán)境和穩(wěn)定性。
三個(gè)位置的阻尼孔的作用分別如下:
X口阻尼的作用是限制先導(dǎo)油的流量,因?yàn)楫?dāng)先導(dǎo)油路有油液流動(dòng)時(shí),我們可以認(rèn)為X口兩端的壓差等于插件復(fù)位彈簧力,所以X口阻尼大小可以結(jié)合插件復(fù)位彈簧力以及我們所選的先導(dǎo)流量來確定(一般我們?nèi)∠葘?dǎo)流量在1L/min左右)。X口選擇短孔形式是因?yàn)槎炭淄ㄟ^流量受油溫影響較小,當(dāng)先導(dǎo)流量相對(duì)穩(wěn)定時(shí),先導(dǎo)比例閥控制的壓力也相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,便于控制。
F口阻尼的作用是對(duì)插件的開啟和關(guān)閉起一定的阻尼作用,可以消除超調(diào)或者震蕩現(xiàn)象,F口阻尼的大小需要結(jié)合插件彈簧腔的大小來選取,目前我公司選用的NG25和NG32的插件,F口阻尼都可以選用0.8(阿托斯)、1.0(力士樂)左右。F口阻尼一定要選用長孔形式,因?yàn)殚L孔的阻尼效果明顯好于短孔。
P口阻尼的作用是對(duì)整個(gè)先導(dǎo)油路的流動(dòng)起一定阻尼作用(包括X口和F口的流量),P口阻尼的大小可以略大于P口,選用短孔形式。ATOS阿托斯比例溢流閥
