本系列電爐可以通入墮性氣體使高溫加熱工件不會(huì)產(chǎn)生氧化脫碳，本電爐適合其他需要各種氣體保護(hù)的高溫?zé)Y(jié)，淬火等熱處理工藝。按國(guó)家機(jī)械行業(yè)JB4311.7-91標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基礎(chǔ)，電爐具有LTDE可編程控制系統(tǒng)，電爐外殼采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷板及型鋼制作，外殼高溫噴塑，電爐背面和正面采用特定制作工藝具有進(jìn)氣和出氣裝置,*的墮性氣體預(yù)加熱功能，避免墮性氣體的低溫與電爐內(nèi)高溫產(chǎn)生溫度沖擊。This series of electric furnace can pass into the inert gas in the high temperature heating the workpiece does not produce oxidation and decarbonization, the electric furnace for sintering of other gases is the protection of and quenching heat treatment process. 1、可燃性和揮發(fā)性的化學(xué)物品切勿放入箱內(nèi)。
2、由于本產(chǎn)品是高溫高熱產(chǎn)品、*使用或長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用請(qǐng)預(yù)先做烘爐工作、詳情參閱產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書(shū)。
3、設(shè)備*不用，應(yīng)拔掉電源線(xiàn)以防止設(shè)備損傷人。并應(yīng)定期（一般一季度）按使用條件運(yùn)行2-3天，以驅(qū)除電器部分的潮氣，避免損壞有關(guān)器件。
