拉曼光譜的理想選擇
QE65pro是熒光、拉曼光譜測量的理想選擇，尤其是模塊化的拉曼光譜儀配置。對(duì)于拉曼測量，我們提供900刻線/mm的光柵（#H36），閃耀波長500nm,對(duì)于532nm及785nm激光拉曼都具有好的光譜響應(yīng)。

背照式面陣CCD
QE65pro的核心是濱松FFT-CCD探測器，具有*的量子效率（高點(diǎn)90%）及極低的etalon效應(yīng)。不像線陣CCD，QE65pro允許面陣CCD像素點(diǎn)做并歸處理，可以縱向上并歸一整列，作為一個(gè)像素點(diǎn)，這樣可以較大的提高靈敏度及信噪比（>1000:1），并提高處理速度。
而且，TEC制冷（可達(dá)-15℃）使得探測器具有更低的噪聲，更利于弱光檢測，并且積分時(shí)間可從8ms到15分鐘連續(xù)可調(diào)，光譜也不會(huì)失真變形。
拉曼實(shí)驗(yàn)搭建：
QE65pro，拉曼光纖探頭，激光器組成的模塊化拉曼系統(tǒng)。分叉光纖一端接785nm激光器，另一端接光譜儀?？梢杂糜诠腆w、粉末樣品測量，液體樣品也可置于比色皿中進(jìn)行測量。
