羊抗小鼠IgG-FITC，異硫氰酸熒光素標(biāo)記
羊抗小鼠IgG-FITC，異硫氰酸熒光素標(biāo)記
羊抗小鼠IgG用于理、化學(xué)、流氏學(xué)、學(xué)及自身抗體的之中的特異、靈敏、定性和定位相結(jié)合的化學(xué)試劑。熒光抗體的質(zhì)量，除有多克隆與單克隆抗體之分，還可根據(jù)被標(biāo)記抗體的純度、特異性及抗體球蛋白的類(lèi)別而分為不同。我司所研制成的羊抗小鼠IgG-FITC-異硫氰酸熒光素標(biāo)記抗體均為自己制備的抗血清，經(jīng)純化成抗體IgG成分，采用我司建立的直接標(biāo)記方法，將異硫氰酸熒光素（FITC科研用sigma產(chǎn)品）或異硫氰酸羅達(dá)明熒光素（紅色）（RBITC，Sigma產(chǎn)）共價(jià)交聯(lián)到抗體（IgG）分子的賴(lài)氨酸分子上，并經(jīng)過(guò)純化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC濃度及效價(jià)鑒定而制成。
【應(yīng)用范圍】
- 用于、、梅螺旋體、鉤端螺旋體等微生物的抗原或抗體檢查。
- 用于自身的多種自身抗體熒光檢查，如抗核抗體，抗心肌抗體等。
- 因子等檢查的熒光流式儀測(cè)定。
- 白分型抗原的熒光染色。
- 組織及理中抗原，抗體檢查，如抗原檢查。
【主要性能】
- 每支0.5ml液體，含有0.03%NaN3
- IgG蛋白，濃度在5mg左右，F(xiàn)ITC為Sigma異構(gòu)體I，約在70～80μg/ml。495nm為大吸收峰，525nm熒光發(fā)射峰
- 工作濃度用0.01mol/L pH7.4PBS作1：10～1:20稀釋使用
- -20℃可保存一年，盡量少反復(fù)凍融，通稱(chēng)抗體
