【稀土上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光材料簡介】:
稀土上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光材料是一種在近紅外光激發(fā)下能發(fā)出可見光的發(fā)光材料,即可通過多光子機(jī)制把長波輻射轉(zhuǎn)換成短波輻射,所以稱之為“上轉(zhuǎn)換”。其大的特點(diǎn)是材料所吸收的光子能量低于發(fā)射的光子能量。這種材料發(fā)光違背 Stokes 定律,因此又被稱為反 Stokes 定律發(fā)光材料。
人們發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)基質(zhì)材料中摻入 Yb3+、Ho3+、Er3+和 Tm3+在紅外光激發(fā)下,可見光發(fā)射度可以提 2~3 個數(shù)量級,由此正式提出了“上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光”(Upconversion Luminescence,UCL)
的觀點(diǎn)。
【上轉(zhuǎn)換熒光納米顆粒發(fā)光機(jī)制】:
上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光所發(fā)射的光子能量比所吸收光子的能量,這個過程稱為上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光。稀土離子上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光是基于稀土元素 4f 電子間的躍遷。每種稀土離子都有其確定的能級位置,不同的稀土離子的上轉(zhuǎn)換過程不同,一般來說稀土離子的發(fā)光過程可以分為三步:①基質(zhì)晶格吸收激發(fā)能;②基質(zhì)晶格將吸收的激發(fā)能傳遞給激發(fā)離子,使其激發(fā);③被激發(fā)的稀土離子發(fā)出熒光而返回基質(zhì)。上轉(zhuǎn)換過程主要有激發(fā)態(tài)吸收、能量傳遞、直接雙光子吸收和光子雪崩四種形式
