Although, bovine serum albumin is exceptionally soluble (up to 50% w/v in buffered saline), it is typically used at a concentration of 0.1-1% w/v.

          Concanavalin A (con A) is a homotetrameric, 26 kDa lectin derived from the jack bean, Canavalia ensiformis. Concanavalin A binds to alpha-D glucose and alpha-D-mannose containing saccharides. Concanavalin A requires both Mn2+ and Ca2+ ions as a co-factor for binding.           Avidin is a tetrameric protein commonly isolated from egg whites. Avidin binds to biotin with strength approaching that of a covalent bond.           【熒光標(biāo)記和活化改性重組蛋白A】:

          Fluorescein labeled Protein A is one of the Ruixibio' premier fluorescent Protein A conjugates. Protein A is a 42 kDa surface protein originally found in the cell wall of Stapylococcus aureus. Protein A has strong binding affinity towards immunoglobulins and it has been used for antibody identification, purification and many other biochemical research uses. Fluorescein protein A is a green fluorescent protein A conjugate that has excitation/emission wavelength at 495 nm/515 nm. All our protein A conjugates were purified by size exclusion chromatography to remove non-conjugated molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.

          蛋白AProtein A)是一種發(fā)現(xiàn)于金黃色葡萄球菌的壁表面蛋白,蛋白GProtein G)是一種分離自G型或C型鏈球菌屬的表面蛋白,二者功能相似,主要通過與球蛋白(Ig)的Fc區(qū)相互作用,可結(jié)合大多數(shù)哺乳的IgG。然而兩者結(jié)合特異性上有所不同(詳細(xì)見附錄1,蛋白A,G對(duì)不同物種Ig的結(jié)合能力總表),如蛋白G對(duì)人IgG3,大鼠IgG2a,綿羊IgG1具有很的親和力,但蛋白A對(duì)這些Ig結(jié)合力很弱。蛋白A,蛋白G常共價(jià)偶聯(lián)在固體載體如瓊脂糖珠或丙烯酸樹脂小珠上,直接用以做沉淀(IP)或者共沉淀(Co-IP)來進(jìn)行蛋白功能相關(guān)研究,或者直接裝在層析柱上來純化單克隆或者多克隆抗體。

           

          西安瑞禧生物科技有限公司使用的是改造后的蛋白A和蛋白G,不維持其本身的Ig親和特性,同時(shí)也去除了蛋白本身的非主要結(jié)合域以降低非特異性結(jié)合。本品是同時(shí)共價(jià)偶聯(lián)了蛋白A和蛋白G的瓊脂糖珠,比單獨(dú)的蛋白A或者蛋白G都有廣的結(jié)合范圍,適合于蛋白A瓊脂糖珠和蛋白G瓊脂糖珠單獨(dú)可以結(jié)合的Ig,實(shí)用性。本品為50%的懸液,1 ml Protein A/G 瓊脂糖珠可結(jié)合約25 mgIgG。

          Protein G is an immunoglobulin binding protein in Streptococci. Protein G binds to the Fc region of antibodies and thereby leaves the Fab region available to still bind antigen. Our recombinant version has been engineered to lack the albumin binding domains and has a 6x histidine tag at its N-terminus.

          Protein A Protein G產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用:

          重組蛋白A的C末端含有半胱氨酸,可定向偶聯(lián)到固體分離介質(zhì)上,用于單克隆抗體或多克隆抗體的純化??山Y(jié)合大多數(shù)人類和小鼠球蛋白子類(如。,人類IgG1 IgG2 IgG4;鼠標(biāo)IgG2 IgG2a,IgG2b IgG3),還結(jié)合牛,幾內(nèi)亞豬,倉鼠,房子,豬,兔子總球蛋白的形式。重組蛋白A可與多種報(bào)告分子(熒光染料、標(biāo)記、、膠體金、放射性標(biāo)記等)偶聯(lián)并不影響其與抗體結(jié)合的活性。這些偶聯(lián)后的蛋白A衍生物可用于Western-blot、ELISA、組化等的抗體檢測。

          Green fluorescent protein (GFP) is a 27 kDa protein derived from Aequorea victoria. It absorbs light in the ultraviolet to blue range and emits green (peak emission 510 nm). GFP is a common reporter molecule for protein expression and visualization of intracellular processes. We produce this protein in E.coli.
