本閥主要由左、右閥體、U型密封圈、閘板、鋼螺母、閥桿、支架、手輪等件組成,閥門啟閉靠旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪動作來完成,順時旋轉(zhuǎn)時,閥門關(guān)閉;反之為開閥。
本閥結(jié)構(gòu)特點:
1、 采用對夾式結(jié)構(gòu),體積小,重量輕。
2、 *敞開的通道,可以防止介質(zhì)在閥內(nèi)沉積。
3、 新研制的U型封圈,可以保證閥門的良好密封性。
4、 閘板的外密封,則是通過嵌在閥體內(nèi)具有彈性的密封條來實現(xiàn),并可借助于螺釘,壓板進行調(diào)整。

3、氣缸正確使用注意事項Note the correct use of the cylinder:
(1)負載運動方向必須與活塞桿的運動方向*,以免活塞桿產(chǎn)生扭曲現(xiàn)象。
(2)使用過濾器,減壓器,潤滑器組合(F-R-E組合)以調(diào)整空氣品質(zhì),增長使用壽命。
(3)選用出力比實際負載大的氣缸,以免氣壓不足時發(fā)生危險。
(4)注意使用環(huán)境溫度,氣缸內(nèi)活塞環(huán)及密封部分材料的使用溫度一般限制在-5℃—+60℃以內(nèi)。
(5)有腐蝕氣體環(huán)境,氣缸內(nèi)活塞及密封部分的材料,一般采用PTFE。
每1mm行程所需空氣消費量

五、功能說明Function:
1、采用雙電控三位五通電磁閥控制氣動刀型閘閥氣缸,采用三位開關(guān),可控制閘閥在上限位、下限位及任意位置停留。
2、閘閥在上限位、下限位置停留時,上限位及下限位置的限位開關(guān),發(fā)出一組常開或常閉的獨立信號觸點??勺鳛闋顟B(tài)指示用。
3、閘閥在上限位下限位置停留時,上限位及下限位置的限位開關(guān),自動切斷電磁閥相應(yīng)控制線圈的電源。這樣閘閥在上限位及下限位置長期停留時,電磁閥的電控線圈不通電,可避免電磁線圈發(fā)熱提高電磁閥使用壽命,大大地提高了可靠性。
4、閘閥在上限位及下限位置長期停留時;氣源被切斷不耗氣,但鎖定閥門氣缸的氣壓仍保持在氣缸中,能保證可靠停位。
5、在氣缸開關(guān)過程中,切斷控制電源,則氣缸進出氣也同時被切斷,鎖定閥門氣缸的氣壓仍保持在氣缸中,如氣缸活塞、電磁閥及接頭無泄漏,則閘閥可在任意位置長期停留。
