一、防水卷材不透水儀 DTS-III數顯油氈不透水儀概述
防水卷材不透水儀是用來檢測石油瀝青油氈及彈性體瀝青防水卷材不透水性的儀器，可滿足GB328所規(guī)定的試驗要求。本儀器采用電動氣泵加壓,使用方便、操作簡單省工省力，可供有關科研、施工、生產、設計教學等部門使用。
本產品采用電器自動控制加氣加壓，自動保持壓力，電磁閥控制透水盤是油氈和防水卷材不透水性檢測、實驗與研究十分方便的設備。在測試壓力不大于0.4MPa的情況下，可以用本儀器作其它有關材料透氣性或透水性的測定。

三、防水卷材不透水儀使用方法：
1、在使用前首先根據試件的試驗條件要求把壓力表調整好，調節(jié)的方法是：壓力表玻璃蒙的中間有帶螺絲刀口的銅質調節(jié)旋扭，上面裝有一個絕緣撥桿，調節(jié)時用螺絲刀稍用力頂下旋扭能撥動上下限指針。把上限指針撥到試驗規(guī)定的壓力數的位置，下限指針撥到比上限小0.5MPa的位置，這樣在工作時當壓力達到要求時（上限值）自動停止加壓。 當滲漏或透水使壓力下降到一定數值時（下限值）氣泵又自動起動補充壓力。例如：試驗壓力要求0.3MPa，用螺絲刀將中間上限指針撥到表盤的0.3的位置，再用螺絲刀將中間下限指針擰到0.25的位置。
2、使用時，插上電源，打開各透水盤開關（電磁閥開關）用內六角板手把三個透水盤的壓圈松開卸下，把注水口的蓋擰開，再把放水閥關閉，從注水口慢慢注入清水，待透水盤中間的進水孔冒出水來，把被測試件放在透水盤的環(huán)形膠圈上，再把十字板放在被測試件上，壓上壓圈擰緊螺絲。
3、繼續(xù)從注水口往容器內注水到三分之二處，擰緊注水口的蓋帽。
4、打開啟動開關，氣泵開始往容器內注入壓力氣體，此時加壓指示燈亮。
5、到壓力上*自動停止加壓，此時恒壓指示燈亮，按規(guī)定時間試驗完成后，打開放水閥，把水放出卸掉壓力，再松開壓圈取下試件，實驗完畢后，注意：拔掉電源插頭。
四、注意事項
1、每次試驗完畢，要把透水盤的各個件擦干凈，涂抹防銹油脂。拔掉電源插頭，以防電磁閥長期通電發(fā)熱而損壞。
2、壓力上不去時，應檢查各部位是否有漏水或漏氣的地方，或者氣泵與容器連接的氣門心是否老化，應及時更換。
