The antibodies used in this kit are specific to IgG and does not show any significant reactivity to Chicken IgA, IgM, or IgE or other serum proteins. Chicken IgY ELISA kit species cross Cross reactivity was tested with the following animal egg Yolks at dilution of 1:1k: Goose 0.0%, Quail 0.0%, Arecan Chicken 3%.
