PCR 工作原理：
PCR的原理是利用DNA在體外攝氏95°高溫時(shí)變性會(huì)變成單鏈，低溫（經(jīng)常是60°C左右）時(shí)引物與單鏈按堿基互補(bǔ)配對(duì)的原則結(jié)合，再調(diào)溫度至DNA聚合酶最適反應(yīng)溫度（72°C左右），DNA聚合酶沿著磷酸到五碳糖(5'-3')的方向合成互補(bǔ)鏈。
PCR最有價(jià)值的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域就是對(duì)感染疾病的診斷。理論上，只要樣本有一個(gè)病原體存在，PCR就可以檢測(cè)到。
