恒溫恒濕試驗箱產(chǎn)品用途:
臺式恒溫恒濕試驗箱是航空、汽車、家電、科研等領(lǐng)域*的檢測設(shè)備，用于測試和確定電工、電子及其他產(chǎn)品及材料進行恒定試驗的溫濕度環(huán)境變化后的參數(shù)及性能。

恒溫恒濕試驗箱結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
1.臺式恒溫恒濕試驗箱箱體采用數(shù)控機床加工成型，造型美觀大方，并采用無反作用把手，操作簡便。
2.內(nèi)箱采用進口高級不銹鋼（SUS304）鏡面板，外箱采用（SUS304）拉絲不銹鋼板或優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板噴塑，增加了外觀質(zhì)感和潔凈度。
3.設(shè)有大型觀測視窗附照明燈保持箱內(nèi)明亮，且利用發(fā)熱體內(nèi)嵌式鋼化玻璃，隨時清晰的觀測箱內(nèi)狀況。
4.箱體左側(cè)配直徑25mm或50mm或100mm的測試孔，可供外接測試電源線或信號線使用。
5.保溫材質(zhì)采用高密度玻璃纖維棉，厚度為80mm。門與箱體之間采用雙層耐高低溫之高張性密封條，以確保測試區(qū)的密封。
6.設(shè)有獨立限溫報警系統(tǒng)，超過限制溫度及自動中斷運行，保證試驗安全進行不發(fā)生意外。
7.加濕系統(tǒng)管路與控制線路板分開，可避免因加濕管路漏水發(fā)生故障，提高安全性。
8.水路系統(tǒng)管路電路系統(tǒng)采用門式開啟，方便維護和檢修。

恒溫恒濕試驗箱控制器：
1. 臺式恒溫恒濕試驗箱控制器采用全進口LED數(shù)顯按鍵顯示屏，英文界面（韓國TEMI300）或液晶觸摸顯示屏，中英文切換界面（韓國TEMI880），
或進口日本“OYO”數(shù)顯觸摸按鍵溫度濕度控制儀。溫濕度控制可直接顯示，摒棄原有溫濕度相對照的缺陷。
2.資料及試驗條件輸入后，控制器具有鎖定功能，避免人為觸摸而改變溫度值。
3.控制器具有P.I.D自動演算的功能，可將溫度濕度變化條件立即修正，使溫度濕度控制更為精確穩(wěn)定。
4.可選配打印機。能打印記錄設(shè)定參數(shù)和掃描出溫度濕度變化曲線。4~200mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號。
