珠海歐伯特測(cè)控技術(shù)有限公司為中頻逆變點(diǎn)焊機(jī)提供961-112-000電氣比例閥，氣路系統(tǒng)主要由殘壓釋放閥、空氣過(guò)濾器、減壓閥、油霧分離器、電氣比例閥和油霧器組成，可實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)濾空氣、調(diào)節(jié)氣缸壓力大小功能。在氣路系統(tǒng)中配有儲(chǔ)氣罐用于提高氣壓的穩(wěn)定。

其中，電極加壓力的調(diào)節(jié)采用961-112-000電氣比例閥，可快速設(shè)定氣壓，并與性能*的德國(guó)博世逆變控制器相結(jié)合，實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接規(guī)范—電流、時(shí)間、壓力的任意編程、儲(chǔ)存、調(diào)用。大大提高了工廠(chǎng)對(duì)焊接工藝的管理水平。

配置壓力開(kāi)關(guān)，當(dāng)氣源壓力超出設(shè)定值時(shí)，焊機(jī)會(huì)自動(dòng)停機(jī)并報(bào)警，有利于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制和對(duì)焊機(jī)自身的保護(hù)。
